We inform you, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03, that the collection and processing of personal data has the exclusive purpose of allowing the execution of commercial transactions, the object of the Company's activity, to keep the Customer informed about related products or services and to comply with the fiscal/tax obligations provided for by law, regulations and community legislation.
In no case will personal data be disclosed to third parties for purposes not strictly related to the management of the site. The data provided is mandatory as it is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship.
In the absence of such data, it is impossible to carry out the commercial transaction.
The processing may be carried out using paper, computer or telematic media; with methods suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality. The data relating to customers are located on a server to which access is permitted only to authorized personnel.
The data is protected against unauthorized access by access authentication procedures known only to authorized personnel. The modification of data can only be done by the Customer himself, after identification by typing "User" and "Password", or by personnel authorized by our company.
The data in the archives are backed up in order to guarantee their availability; Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, at any time, through the access provided on the site, the Customer can update or modify his personal data. He also has the right to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
WARRANTIES AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All our products are 100% guaranteed with a guarantee even broader than that required by law! In fact, all items can be returned in perfect unopened packaging even if they are not as desired as expected.
Returns for purely aesthetic reasons are not accepted for items removed from the original packaging or with the same damaged!
For all other cases relating to returns, CINEMATOYS observes the European law on the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: in online purchases and in all other contracts concluded at a distance, a right of withdrawal is provided for the consumer.
The consumer can cancel his order within ten working days from delivery of the goods (which, depending on the country, is up to 14 days).
If the consumer has not been informed by the seller about the possibility of exercising this right, the term is extended to three months from delivery of the goods.
Within the ten days, respectively three months, the consumer can withdraw from the contract without providing any explanation and without paying penalties. The withdrawal must be communicated to the supplier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
If the withdrawal is communicated to the supplier by fax, it must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the fax by registered letter. The return of the goods does not automatically imply a valid right of withdrawal from the contract, unless this possibility has been expressly provided for by the parties in the contract.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, if this has been provided for in the contract. Otherwise, they are borne by the seller. Finally, the seller must return the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal.
