--The machine piloted by the protagonist "Kudo Shin" from "Macross Zero" has finally appeared in the HI-METAL R series! The distinctive D-type aircraft design and two-seat cockpit are reproduced with new molding!
●From "Macross Zero", the "VF-0D Phoenix" piloted by the protagonist "Kudo Shin" and his partner "Edgar LaSalle" is released in the HI-METAL R series! The head design, two-seat cockpit, canard wings, and clipped delta wings on the main wings, which are unique to the D-type, are newly reproduced.
●The protagonist's machine "VF-0D Phoenix (Kudo Shin's machine)" from "Macross Zero" appears in HI-METAL R!
●The "clipped delta wing", which symbolizes the distinctive silhouette of the D-type aircraft, is reproduced with new molding.
●Two pairs of canard wings for high maneuverability, another characteristic of the D-type, are sculpted above and below the air intake.
●Both the protagonist "Kudo Shin" and "Edgar LaSalle" are reproduced in the two-seat cockpit.
●The head design is also reproduced with new molding.
●Small wing parts are included to ensure a range of motion when in Battroid mode. This allows for a variety of action poses.
●It can also transform into Gerwalk mode. Two pitot tubes, a feature of the VF-0, are included, including a spare.
●When in fighter mode, it can be displayed in a landing position by using the landing gear parts.
●In addition to the "gunpod," weapon parts such as a "medium-range air-to-air missile" and a "missile launcher" are included.
●Four types of interchangeable wrist parts are included for the left and right sides to accommodate various poses when in Gerwalk mode or Battroid mode.
●A dedicated pedestal of the same color as the separately sold "VF-0S Phoenix (Roy Focker's machine)" is included. Original markings of Kudo Shin's machine are printed on it.
